Welcome to UQ44Q DXpedition website!

July 16th, 2011 by admin

We are glad you decided to come and see our website.

We will use it for all communication regarding our DXpedition to one of the most beautiful places in Kazakhstan and the whole Central Asia – Kulsai cascade of lakes located in the South-East part of Almaty oblast, very close to border with neighboring Kyrgyzstan. Kulsai Lakes – very rare location to be visited by hams. In fact up until now there was only one activation known – UP44Q in 2010. This is the second activation and we hope to be able to bring this lovely location on HF bands to all of you.
